Jolly Joker gets invited to a party
where an informer offers him information, only to find out that the information she offers is just her
phone number!
But just as Jolly starts to get comfortable in a break from work he finds
out again that crime doesn't work set hours (no overtime payments for them!) and tries to
capture weapon smugglers on the docks. Too bad the bad guys get away which leads to the
next issue...
