Captain Koala joins up with Jolly Joker in
order to see the world but didn't realise what Jolly does for a living. In recognition of
his efforts in helping the A.S.S he has been given a level 5 ranking which gives him no
power but lets him hang around.
In actual fact he was only given this rank by Commander Hughes in order to keep
an eye on Jolly.
